About Last Watch Coffee

Backstory

Last Watch Coffee started because we wanted to build something of our own. Something honest. Something to be proud of.

After years of work that kept us away from home more than we were there, and a few paths that didn't fit, we landed here. Coffee was always there in the background. Early mornings, long days, the thing you reach for before anything else gets done. At some point we started paying real attention to it. Where it came from. How it was roasted. What actually made it good.

So we decided to take it seriously.

What Last Watch Means

Last Watch is the final shift of the day; the early hours, the mids, the nights. The hours most people sleep through.

This coffee is for the people working them.

What We Do

Small batches, roasted in Spring Branch, Texas. Single origins and a couple of blends, light to medium roast. Nothing flashy. Just coffee we're proud to share.
