Mexico • Nayarit light roast

From the highlands of Nayarit in northern Mexico, this coffee comes from the small community of Cofradía de Chocolón, tucked among forested hills and old coffee plantations near Tepic.

Bourbon and Caturra cherries are grown in the region’s humid, subtropical climate before undergoing a natural anaerobic process. That combination creates a vibrant, fruit-forward coffee with a complexity that stands apart from a more traditional Mexican cup.

We roast this coffee light to highlight its natural sweetness, fruit character, and distinctive processing.
